Hi! I'm a physiotherapist and have been working in the area of pelvic health for the past 10 years or so. I've also been teaching Pregnancy Pilates for almost 10 years now and have been a doula for 3.
I strongly believe in helping women to be empowered both physically and mentally for the most positive experience of birth possible.
